DC Connect was incorporated in December 2019, through a takeover of an existing datacenter infrastructure company. The legal entity is new; a good part of the team is not.

Part of today's team worked at that predecessor company since 2005 — installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting datacenter infrastructure in the field for over two decades before DC Connect existed as a name.

That continuity shows up in ordinary, unglamorous ways: knowing what a decade-old cable plant actually looks like once you open the cabinet, recognizing site-specific constraints before they become delays, and having already worked alongside the suppliers and facility teams a given project depends on.

So when a project starts with DC Connect, it starts with people who have been doing this kind of work since well before the company took its current name — not a crew learning the job on your site.
